Hunter's Guild

The Hunter's Guild organizes the hunting business in Tirestal. People with money and a monster related problem can contact the Hunter's Guild and post their jobs. Brave hunters can take on those jobs and risk their life fighting monsters for an adequate price. The Hunter's Guild ensures that contractors and hunters are trustworthy and don't take on jobs that are obviously too high for them. Every legitimate Hunter aqcuires a Hunter's License after ascending to Tier 2 Hunter. In order to reach this rank a hunter will have to succeed in a few Tier 1 missions and successfully complete an ascension mission.

Hunting jobs are categorized into 5 tiers.
Tier 1: Accessible to all (Player level: 1)
This tier usually consists of gathering missions or hunting little pests. Nothing obviously dangerous so as long as you can protect yourself from the basic threats of nature you should do allright with these missions. Tier 1 Missions are publicly accessible through the blackboards of every Hunter's Guild location.

Tier 2: Beginner Hunter (Player level 2-4)
In this tier is where you will get a first look into proper Monster hunting. Although you still will face off primarily against weaker monsters this is where you will gather your first proper hunting experience. From this tier on you will have to walk up to the counter in order to accept missions.
Tier 3: Advanced Hunter (Player level: 5-8)
In this Tier you will fight against bigger monsters like Wverns for the first time. Although you now know the ropes of the hunting business you still shouldn't overestimate yourself. Keep training and hunting until you are capable enough to face off against the really dangerous threats.
Tier 4: Professional Hunter (Player level: 9-13)
In this Tier you will be a highly sought after hunter. You should be capable of killing most dangerous monsters but nonetheless there still are a fair bunch of monster you might not want to take on. At least not with a little more experience.

Tier 5: Acclaimed Hunter (Player level: 14+)
If you are not famous by the point you reach this tier you seriously need to work on your marketing. Few hunters ever reach this tier and there aren't many jobs for hunters of this because few people are even wealthy enough to even write out a job at this level. You still aren't immune to dying but you are strong and confident enough in your abilities to take on most of the most dangerous monsters plaguing the lands of Tirestal.


Ascension Missions:
Ascension Missions are missions given out by the Hunter's Guild to prove the capability of a Hunter. In order to ascend to a higher tier you will need to complete an appropriate aAscension Mission.
