Mount Everflame

Mount Everflame is the large, cavernous mountain located just 3 miles outside of Everflame City that gives its name to the Baronies of Everflame and its capital. It was also the site of the legendary final battle between Arden Sunbringer and the lich Nhyzal which created the Everflame.
No records exist of the battle, since its only witness was Sunbringer himself, but it is known that Nhyzal was destroyed, and a portion of his power contained within the Everflame. Since then, many have visited the mountain in search of power or spiritual enlightenment, but all that remains of the battle is the large central cave created by the release of such magical energy.
