Shurtan

This is the organisation tasked with upholding law and solving crimes. Many cities and villages have their own guard force to uphold the order and so on. But the Shurtan are the official police in Valduria. Given power by the emperor himself. They alone have the right to judge and prosecute criminals. They always work in pairs.

In the less populated areas of the country they travel around to hold court for the yet to be judged. and to solve other disputes related to law and crime.

The Shurtan pairing is often composed of one "thinker" and one "doer".

A telltale sign that you have met a Shurtan is the absence of a mask. Considering their delicate work it is important that they always show their true self and intent. the law sould not hide behind a mask. the uniform varies to suit the wearer but the coulours scheeme is always in white and silver.

Structure

Head: The administrative branch and also the organizations highest authority.

Eyes: They are in charge of reporting in criminal activity and to investigate crimes unsolved.

Mouth: Judges. They focus on knowledge in the word of law.
Hands: Foot soliders and other help personell. not considered a real part of the organisation. not recuired to be maskless.
