Ventar
The most wealthy and breathtaking of the countries of Terragus. Massive cities and towns sit on mountaintops, connected by flying ships held aloft with balloons, steam, magic, and more. Nobles flit about on their skiffs and mercenaries set sail in sky barges or astride winged beasts of all shapes and sizes.
Along with the power of flight, one thing that will always let Ventar stand above the rest, is the might of firearms. Thundering cannons, smoking shells, and the hiss of igniting gas all serve to light up Ventar's adversaries. But Ventar has to deal with all the rising threats within its own borders. Ventar is ruled by the Turvin, with Masters watching over and fervent followers about, order is maintained. Whispers of older masters and gods lurk in places few would go, with power to be gained.
Geography
The southeasternmost country, it is surrounded by water on most sides and its religious capital on an island. The region itself is very mountainous with m0st major towns and settlements situated high aboe the ground.
History
Ventar is home to the Turvin religion and its pantheon, it is also where the first campaign in Throndor began, with the Skyguard adventuring through it.
Tourism
Ventar is widely sought out for its technology and wealth, as a result many come here looking for fortune or high paying work.
