Thresh

Exhaustion. Thresh stands ready to finally give in to the ages of abuse wrought across it and die. Countless wars, endless exploitation, and untold biological and environmental atrocities have left a world stripped of pity, remorse, and mercy. Not to mention the forgotten contracts with the Old Blood are about to come up for renegotiation.   Through it all, humanity continues to reap what it can from this spent world. Huddled into isolated city states, they send what they can into the abyss between to harvest anything that can get them through another day and maybe even a leg up on the rest of humanity. After all, the last great stores of resources are the other cities...and one day they to will fall so that others can scrape by.
