The
Lodae live on the dragon-planet
Kammet. They are frequently spontaneous spell casters or bards, sometimes barbarians or rangers (especially among the wing-folk). They have little in the way of organized magical or martial traditions.
Pathfinder Rules
Abilities: Lodae are quick of foot and wit, but weak in body. They gain a +2 Dex, a +2 Int, and a -2 Str
Size: Lodae are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Type: Lodae are humanoids with the Lodae subtype
Base speed: Lodae are fleet of foot for their size, and have a base speed of 30ft
Languages: Lodae begin play speaking Common and Lodae
Keen senses: Lodae receive a +2 racial bonus on perception checks
Camouflage: +2 on stealth checks when in plains
Silent Hunter: reduce the penalty on stealth checks from movement by 5, and make stealth checks while running at a -5 penalty
Stalker: perception and stealth are always class skills
Envoy: Members of this race with an Intelligence score of 11 or higher gain the following spell-like abilities (the caster level is equal to the user’s character level):

Darkvision
Accustomed to the eternal night of Kammet, you have superior vision in darkness and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and darkness as if it were dim light.
Sunlight Sensitivity
You have disadvantage on attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Keen Senses
You have proficiency in the perception skill.
Protected Ears
The magical air of your homeworld and your race's reliance on hearing has protected you. You have resistance to the Deafened condition.
Lodae Training
You are proficient in your choice of two of the following skills: Nature, Performance, Stealth, or Survival
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and Lodae. The Lodae language isn't at all a secret, though it is steeped in magic and tradition, and your people prefer that outsiders give proper respect to the breath. It is taboo to speak Lodae without breath.
