Seraph Sand Cascades

Named for it's tri-tiered plateau, upon which sits the illustrious Great Barrier Academy.
Illusory golden sands drift off the cascades on arcane winds for miles before dissipating harmlessly. The city of Serriglasse below is coated in an ever-present golden sheen.
