What type of pony are you?

In this section, you’ll find out more information about the different kinds of ponies of Thedastria. Now, stop groaning; “pony” is just a generic term for a character in this game. There is a wide variety of mystical creatures to satisfy all types of players. And what if you don’t see that certain race that sparkles? Well, you could discuss with your GM an idea that you have. Remember: While this game is more challenging than traditional Tails of Equestria, the main goal is still that everyone has fun.
Now, some races will be more difficult to play as than others. For example, an Earth Pony has no problem shopping on the high street in Feralden, but a Kirin may experience more difficulty. Perhaps merchants would raise their prices for them or accuse them of stealing? And while that’s infuriating and unfair (and very illegal in our own society), a Giant Spider may be outright refused service, or even cause a panic! Why? BECAUSE YOU’RE A GIANT SPIDER!!!
When you start a group to play the game, it’s best if you and your friends choose different kinds of ponies—that way you can count on each other’s strengths. Of course, that is not at all a strict rule, and you can have any mix of pony kinds in the group—even a group where everybody is a Unicorn, for example. But wouldn’t it be more interesting to explore the diverse world of Thedastria?
