its Christmas day and everyone passes around the presents and everyone is having a good tome even though that they know that today is Joel's last day alive. They all say their goodbyes as Thea and Joel are on the ledge that is a few hundred feet above the ocean and Joel and Thea give their goodbyes to each other and Joel falls asleep in Theas arms on the ground. Then monitorJoel's     P.S.: joel or thea(maybe both) stand in a cliffs edge and see the allegory of the ledge being the end of life and the grand canyon in front of them is the future in the afterlife before them. seeing this they realize that they will never be apart.
