Joel wakes up on the beach with a heavenly task.

On a beach near home, Joel wakes up to the view of the bink and blue skies with white and gold clouds floating overhead. He sits up and sees the ocean a few feet away from him and realizes that he is drenched with sea water. Realizing that he was placed there by the ocean, he gets up and gets the feeling that he should go to the city. When Joel was in the city, he saw a newspaper with the picture of a mustached man with the caption underneath saying "The supreme General Secretary of the Communist Party has taken over all the planets except for two planets including Theson." When Joel read this he felt a chill go down his spine and he felt a tug or a nudge to set history straight for ultimate rule is not good for one man to be greedy with the whole population. So Joel ran to get a team together to set straight what has been lost
