White Week

The White Week is the time of the year in the first week of the year where everyone puts on costumes and dances in the streets to music that is played throughout the city. This week is commonly used to try out new theatre tactics in makeup, hair, and costumes, even the set departments are able to have some fun. At this time, the populus is having a blast; people and groups would be chosen as the best in the skill and art form that they were in and get paraded throughout their home city and through the capital city. The parade would include music, singing, dancing, Street confetti (snowflake size, dual and tri colors w/ colored light on them), fireworks, huge balloons, cheering, and lots of color.
