Tier-took

The Tier-took is a digital world that is accessed by microwave emissions from the Throc race. When the throc race accesses this digital world, the throc race, and the Thorocita race would go into a slight coma(but still able to move around) due to the fact that their minds are having to be or think in two places at once. The Tier-took is a network of computers that connect to each other and to people through a radio tower that resembles a earth cell tower and small modems that are found throughout the city at each intersection, almost every level in every building, effectively one modem is in sight of one another in terms of being able to connect and not lose service. The Tier-took modems also has holographic emitters on them so people can interact physically while being at two places at once. For example, if one is sick then they will be able to still talk with friends with audio a/o video, or if someone wants to see a famous place then they can connect to the modems that are there. People can learn with the Tier-took by using a downloadable format that makes the person shake like Trinity from the movie "The Matrix".
When dreaming, people can enter the Tier-took and enter a discreet subroutine called the dream land and share dreams with different people across the globe.
