Red Hour

The Red Hour is the time in the day between 3 and 4 o'clock where everyone puts on costumes and dances in the streets to music that is played throughout the city. This hour is commonly used to try out new theatre tactics in makeup, hair, and costumes, even the set departments are able to have some fun.
