where all of Joel's evil desires are quarantined to die.
This world is not to be designed and described in any fashion unlike all the other areas in this account. This planet is the “waste basket” where all evil thoughts and desires are sent to in the hopes of being eradicated from existence. What gets sent here is between me and God and no one else. If you are using this place as apart of your game, book or video; do what you want to spice things up, but note that this is the place within cannon and in my mind where this is where evil will go and die.
