peer-reviewed journals

Every month of the year, all the sects and the royal family will put out one to three respected peer-reviewed journals to allow readers (even other annoying sects) to give input or insight to the content that is within the pages. For example, a sculpture made a statue and he wants to get feedback on it, so he would take a picture of it and write down some information about it and it will get published by the journals. Then the readers will read the "insert" and reply back to the sect in question and the sect would tell the sculptor what the readers said and felt about the statue.
