knights of the theatre is an organization that gathers help from all the sects(in manpower and budget) on the planet to create a massive, annual, tech heavy production that is one in a lifetime and is shown during White Week. The people that work in this group are ether called "knights" or "masters of the art of High theatre", which is basically the same thing.
