clothing

During the day, the Thorocita people wear three layers of undergarments for modesty and for the repelence of the other gender; also they wear three layers of outer garments to create a multi colored, layered effect. On a non "vibrant" day, clothing has about three strait colors that would be seen, but on a "vibrant" day, clothing would be seen showing anywhere around three to four patterns and 8 to 15 colors. these pieces of clothing are shiny and shimmering. Clothes are typically very loose(in exception for the lowest outer garment) and tend to sway in the wind a lot. Even tho the clothes are loose, and many, the style of clothes vary from region to region geographically.   Then there's the night... This is the starkest stark difference that might ever be seen anywhere. During the night, the clothing looks as if we were looking into the mind of Tim Burton who took a depression pill on steroids. Even with the lights on, it seems dark and in black and white. During this time of night, people are wearing all blacks that are darker than the darkness itself.   Thi VS. common/noble: People who are Thi as a profession wear a t-shirt unseen/unnoticeable underwear, blue jeans, and black, white or black and white shoes. This causes a bit of a racket within the people because some people like wearing lots of clothes and others like the simplicity of it. the barely noticeable arguments are not about the sensual aspect but about what is best for the body's health.   unique clothing: coat with grey outer layer and depending on the angle, the under color would change; like gold, red, green, purple, and blue.
