Aura Malady

Aura Malady is a condition where Supernatural doesn’t use powers for a long time. As a result, their aura energy is pinned up and they end up suffering physical and mental issues which in rare cases can lead to death. All Supernaturals need to release their aura in order to stay physically and mentally well. Any Supernatural can have Aura Malady but it varies on the amount of time magic/powers aren’t being active. When wearing Suppression Wristbands, Supernaturals tend to have a less severe case of Aura Malady where they end up getting jittery and tense. This would be solve if they get short free time, using their powers and magic freely in private.
Aura Malady were often common with Supernaturals who have the Biological Magical Negation Stimulation (BMNS) since their powers were forced to be dominant. Sometimes the side effects of BMNS is often paired with the symptoms of Aura Malady. This is why special prescription drugs were often given to Supernaturals who have this procedure as a safeguard in case their devices fail. It also way for attempting to suppress aura energy. As a result, Supernaturals who have BMNS aren’t able to access the ability to use Aura until the device is turned off and they stop taking prescription drugs.
