Ability: SPD

Level	Range	Explanation
0 or Less	Zero	Immobile. Still conscious and able to speak but cannot use body.
1-10	Below Average	Below average running speed. Pace of slower land animals, like turtles. Reaction times are slow with high perception delay.
11-20	Average	Common speed of grown adult. Pace with quick land animals like rabbits. Reaction times improve, increasing awareness with moderate perception delay.
21-30	Heightened	Higher than average running speed. Pace with quickest of land animals. Reaction times have slight delay.
30+	Pinnacle	Outpace all land animals and pace with some flying animals. Reaction times virtually instantaneous.
