The top of the order is a king who is believed to be the incarnation of Dracula himself. All vampires can join the order but, only those sired by purebloods can ascend in it's rankings

History

The order existed since the first camerila though it has gone over various changes the most importantly being their believed origins. the original order claimed to be descendants of Judas Iscariot, more recently they claim to be derrived from Vlad Tepes
