Structure
The group meets in major assembly's with no one mage ruling over it, the idea being every mage is just as important as the last. other roles do exist. Emissary's broker peace between other orders, Strategos who take up sole power in times of crisis, and Syndics who's jobs it is to draft new laws that the group votes on.
