the town is mostly made up of fisherman with fish being the biggest export of the city. with most of the city being surrounded by wilderness it's hard for merchants to make a living. A good portion of people are ex soldiers who frequently pick up mercenary work. Supernatural entities run the town in the form of the Bone Shadows a werewolf Organization

Government

The government is controlled by the american government with cape Ann being the original site of the Plymouth settlement. Laws are passed by congress and carried through the town.

The city is defended by old wooden walls left over from the first colonies.

most of the infrastructure of the town is sparce with most of it being residential buildings and the harbor.

the main faction in the town is the Patriot organization known as the Bone Shadow. It's a werewolf tribe though they also accept other non supernatural entities.

History

The settlement is he result of the merging of the original Plymouth and Cape Ann settlements. It is the oldest city in the country and but, due to others moving to other more fortified towns like Boston, New York, and Philadelphia, the town has been in a state of decline.
