Ciel was the person that turned Charlotte, he is completely loyal to her. Before croswell manor he was the child of the family Charlotte worked for. After his family's death Charlotte took over as his mother. When Ivan came back to the house he took on ciel to carry on the family. Ciel was unaware and given a ring but, this ring housed Ivan's spirit in teh event he was killed. Ciel has since gone missing.
