The World

The World of this story owes in geography due to a cataclysm in its' past. This cataclysm is called The Sundering, and the cause is unknown nor is it questioned as it was an ancient event that would be remembered by anyone. The World has two suns commonly called The Twins or The Two Dancers. The is Moon appears half as large in the night sky as it does our own.   The races that inhabit this world are primarily humans, and the Kingdoms, and Domains are ruled by humans. The occasional creature from folklore make an appearance. These creatures do not come into conflict this humans, but due to expanse, and proximity of human settlements encounters take place. Some are peaceful, others not so much.   The story primary takes place in the southern hemisphere of the world. So the further south one travels the colder it becomes until there is nothing but ice. Little is known about the north as it house vast and impassable deserts that eventually culminate with a geological feature called The World Tear. The superpower of the World is called the Dominion, ruled by the Emperor Sayafat Emrik ar Balazs. Its' military is renowned and feared by all whom find theirselves at the side of their shields. The Western side of the main continent is called Remeiria. Occupied by numerous Kingdoms commonly called the Remeirian Realms or the Western Kingdoms.   Other less know areas of influence are the Northern desert called the Red Sands. This area is home to the Red Bakari Tribes. Further North from their territory is an unknown Empire that has little to no contact with the Dominion or the Remeirian Realms. The coast and surrounding land is dotted with various City-States, and Minor Duchies. To the south of Remeiria and the Dominion is an Archipelago surrounding the Northern most point of the Ice Shelf and the Sea of Shifting Ice. This land is called the Valgeva Islands. There is also a continent across sea near the other side of the World called Yu'Orahn. It has an assortment on Kingdoms that occupy its' land.
