Carnacatel
The fortress of Qaul.
Purpose / Function
Used as a place where Qaul gathered his men but mostly served as a sign of the power he had. He built it to show Julianna Scách and Evarin Vevice the strength they had but when he showed them his great castle they didn't want to be there and saw it as a waste of resources.
Architecture
A huge walls shaped in a hexagon form, much influenced by the architecture of Castle Vielvindve. In the middle of the courtyard stood three humongous towers, one for each of The Three. Though Qaul had his tower made in the middle and was the tallest of the three. After Qaul's disappointment discovering his two friends didn't want to be in this glorified fortress he tore down the two towers and built upon his own so that it stretched far up in the sky. Qaul's tower is the highest in the entire world even though it is only in ruines at the time when Vylin's tale takes place.
