The Reef of Horrors

The boundary between the Western Sea and The Dark Sea, the Reef of Horrors is an expansive coral reef inhabited by all manner of viscious creatures both natural and corrupted. One of the most competitive environments in the world, every living being in the reef is designed to fight bitterly for survival. It is also the feeding grounds for the many Kraken Spawn, hatch on Kraken's nest and swim to the reef to live until they can no longer sustain themselves on the fish within. The Reef of Horrors is notably one of the few regions where the mighty Kraken cannot go, as the reef makes travel impossible for such a large creature to navigate. No humans enter the Reef, at least none sane.
