Perseo was elected by the Tempestan Senate in 769 to run the town of Porto Marina following the death of the previous governor. He sought to calm the growing tension between the influential Drake and Moren families, which had openly fought in the streets.
After the death of the Patriarch of the Moren family was slain in a random attack by the brothel keeper Ubaldo, Perseo was successfully able to convince a halt to aggression by both families.
Perseo was slain outside his manor by an unknown enemy during the Dark Sea attack on Porto Marina.
