Personal history

Elvar Skal began life like most other Karrfolk on the mountain coasts where The Western Sea meets The Great Range. As a child she fished for her tribe, as an adolescent she accompanied her elders on sea raids, and as a grown woman she led those raids. That is, until she and several dozen other Karr split off from the tribes and moved to Dreg's Cay in search of gold and glory as pirates.
Now Elvar Skal, called Albatross due to her imposing stature and long white hair, rampages the Tempestan coastline, raiding where few Karr or pirate would dare.
