Asturgazian Poem

With nothing but his calculations,
 he set off on a voyage of discovery that happens only once in a thousand generations.
A journey like this had hardly ever occured.
He would certainly change the world.
And so he crossed the vast oceans,
burning with emotions.
Enemies laughed at him at first
they thought his idea was the worst.
But after months of having sailed
he was the one who prevailed.
The land he discovered was named after Alexander
Named after this great commander!
In his new world, he founded a Viceroyalty
with nothing but the loyalty of his troops.
He gave the natives culture
He gave the natives infrastructure
He gave the natives armature
He did his best,
and in the end his country Asturgazium
close to the elysium
Now we will advance to the west.
