Tourism
Being in one of the last green places on Earth, every year they hold a Green Season Festival that lasts half a month where they let outsiders come into town and enjoy the environment. There's alcohol ranging from Rum to meads and trade booms during the Festival. Most merchants set up near the lake as the Town becomes a bit of a seedy area as mercenaries are common among the fray and are in search of targets and temporary jobs.
Architecture
Buildings are primarily made of metal shipping containers, but there are a handful of metal structures in town and around the property.
Geography
The property is 99 acres. Mostly covered by woodland and swampland. There is a large lake to the west of the main town square. Fairly undeveloped.
