Arthit (Sun) Chey (Victorious)
A former sergeant in the imperial army Arthit Chey was promoted for his heroism and leadership abilities to the rank of Captain. His meteoric assent came to a sudden halt when he killed a fellow officer in a duel. Taking advantage of the ensuing scandal those jealous of his rise conspired to have him posted far from the heart of the Empire where he would languish in obscurity. He now serves bitterly as the Captain of the Imperial Garrison in Viriskali, the furthest western outpost of the imperial military.
