Phoenix Order
This gang is founded on the premise that a life after the apocalypse cannot happen if there are still remnants of the old world remaining. It is their one purpose to seek out and destroy any ruins left standing, even if people are still living there. This makes them not really a popular gang with those that are just trying to get by.
Structure
The leaders of the Phoenix Order are split. There is a leader of weaponry and a leader of raiding. The current leader of weaponry is Bentley Higgins and the current leader of raiding is Fiona Nitro.
Public Agenda
They want to see the world reborn from the ashes of the old one. That's a problem, when there are no ashes to be reborn from, just abandoned buildings falling to ruin. Thus, they are the world's demolition party, they destroy old ruins as they find them, leaving nothing to hang on to.
Assets
They've got a whole host of gang members in their ranks. They all tend to carry demolition devices, either explosives or firestarters. Few carry more targeted weapons, like rifles or swords. Not every member has a motorcycle, some stay behind to prepare the weapons of demolition for raiding parties.
