History

Formed out of the Boot Riders tribe: The CHairmen rose as a powerful family when Mr House gave the tribe the means to be more than what they were, Benny rose as their leader but in 2281, after his betrayal of Mr House and shooting of Danny Prior: Benny was Executed by Hellgun Prior and Marcus Carabine in his apartment on the 13th floor. Swank then took his place as leader
