Formed by various vault dwellers in 2161 in New California and sought to heal the wastes, though they clashed with the NCR and have since moved to the Mojave, they currently have a tenuous relationship with the NCR who have taken over the Mojave.

We don't worship so much as follow a set of principles. We want to bring peace back to this wasteland. The world tends toward destruction, so we try to make a difference.
