The Wastelands

With the Second Empire a distant memory, the inhabitants of the Wastelands are trying to scratch out a life of their own. Whether it be with the United Cities, The Holy Nation, or some other group, the inhabitants of the world do their best to survive and preserve their way of life.   The lands are rough and unforgiving. Most wildlife consider themselves predator more than prey. Bands of cannibals, slavers, and lunatics roam the Wastelands.   Of the more "civilized" peoples, they are almost constantly at war due to differing interests, beliefs, and systems. Many factions are at conflict with each almost constantly, and it's always hard to have friends without making enemies.
