Queen Zeenith's Cloak

This cloak appears as a highly fashionable, if somewhat gaudy cloak. It adjusts to fit the character who wears and coordinates well with their outfit, however the character can not choose the appearance of the cloak. Also, the cloak always tends to be a bit over the top or "extra." As a result, observers have advantage to remember you.
While wearing this cloak with the hood down and wearing fine clothes such as courtier's outfit, nobel's outfit or similar and no armor, you have advantage on Charisma (Diplomacy) checks.
While you wear this cloak with its hood up, Wisdom (Perception) checks made to see you have disadvantage. and you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide, as the cloak's color shifts to camouflage you. Pulling the hood up or down requires an action.
