The Universe Of Osiris

The Neanderthals were not eradicated, as we wrongly presumed from history, instead they were transported by ancient aliens to the Osiris perfectly habitable system, initially with 416 habitable planets, showed them their tech and left them to evolve, and they did ... fast. Why they did this, we may never know, but one thing is for certain, they have observed Homo Sapiens Sapiens, as early as they could, and they think we are ready to be shown the way. This however didn't bode well with all the members of the Universal Parliament, as the warmongering Autocracy Of Terranova was already in the search for a reason to go to war with The Intergalactic Confederacy Of The Institute (the main body that governs over the Osiris system and most of the Laniakea Supercluster). How things play out, is yet to be seen, however things are not as simple as a plain war...
