The Artemea Region

Geography

The Artemean forest is to the south, with the Artmean fields to the north and west areas of the region. The area is greatly affected by the shadows of the Atlan mountains, with cooler breezes and winds coming in from the mountains. The winters in the area are cooler, but not cold enough for a lot if any snow.
The Fields are filled with small farm fields and towns, as well as two cities. The forest only has one really major city, which is a logging district in a way, that gathers resources for the construction of buildings in the nearby areas of the planet. 
The forest is close to the mountains, and the area is hilly and rocky, with colorful rust-stained rocks; their color changed from the iron in the water. The rivers in the region pierce through the ground.
