Alternate universe America. The Government is Stratocracy run by four military generals. Technology is advanced in a more upgraded human direction than holographic cellphone direction. Recently was the location of a brutal civil war against a tyrant who claimed to want to instal a republic to his people but mostly wanted to be in charge himself. But that was six years ago. Now they've mostly recovered, save for a few battle scars.
