TDH // The Trans-Dimensional Highway

The TDH (also known as the Trans-Dimensional Highway) is the link between all dimensions in The Ultimates Universe.

The TDH (also known as the Trans-Dimensional Highway) is the link between all dimensions in The Ultimates Universe and the larger outside Omniverse as well. It is one of the major plot points which kickstarts the entire series and also is the primary function in bringing in new characters to the main dimension.

The inside of the highway appears as if you're inside a large cylinder with multiple holes leading off into different tunnels of light. It's a mix of magenta, purple, pinks and reds that change rapidly and violently. There's also occasion strands of lightning which are produced and spiral down when a breach is opened into and out of the TDH. Sometimes you can also find peices of artifacts from other dimensions floating in the spaces between.

Intrestingly, non-organic material is able to float in the TDH, as if in zero-gravity in space, but anything organic is subject to a gravity well, pulling them down to the bottom of the TDH, there's something down there of course...

Each Dimension linked into the TDH has a dimensional code which is registered to a list of dimensions to simplify the wayfinding in the TDH, GA-476 is the primary dimension in which the entire series takes place in, and is augmented with a Spatial Toll Gate for building proper landing infrastructure for easier access into the dimension, (this was spawned out of Ash's initial arrival to GA-476 and the incident surrounding it).

When accessing and travelling the TDH, you need a couple of things.

• First, you need a lot of energy. To break into a dimensional breach, you need a lot of power behind the break.

• Then, you need either a ring or an ability with spatial distortions

• This should be enough to cause a break into the TDH but it's not always successful, studies shown that over the years since ATB that it's became easier to enter into the TDH.
