Touched by forces beyond Iona, the Outsiders appear humanoid at first, but possess bizarre anatomical and spiritual mutations stemming from their alien ancestry. Outsiders most commonly live in Malik and around the Celestial Seas, though some have integrated into society elsewhere in the Realms.
