It is around this time that the Songmo first saw humans in Gyerim.

The Songmo first saw humans in Gyerim around this time. Based on descriptions recorded by the eldest of that species and myths among the various human populations, the humans appeared in several places that were geographically isolated from one another. They were being lead at this time by a series of outsiders who had saved the human groups. Some myths suggest a war, others suggest a disease. Wherever they came from, they were culturally very similar based on artifacts and early language samples that have been preserved from this period.
