Session 021: Circus Minagerie

<< H1: Day 1, town 1 >>
With the help of his new Compass, Slab is able to park the party's warship in a long-abandoned pirate cove, successfully hiding it from prying eyes that might use the relatively unguarded vehicle for some manner of personal gain. The party takes time to work out what roles everyone will play before following Herbert the former crab (currently a human) into town, where he animatedly advertises their acts, trying to lure in guests and take suspicion off of the very non-human party. Their first day of performances go fairly well, including such highlights as Slab being challenged by nineteen people and winning every fight, prompting Cyrus to develop a pain relieving salve for hisvictims opponents.

Theocracy priests talking about the grace of Vodrio, converting some of t he townsfolk, though they were already some existing followers in this area Child tried to pickpocket Emyr, only to be Hunter's Marked and tracked down; he finds the child and a taller figure whom appears to be his caregiver Slab as the "Rock" Vex wiped the floor with the town's strongest citizen, a blacksmith rumored to make horseshoes with his bare hands Cyrus is being super sus trying to explain his living flame trick Duul works to clearing "curses" << H1: Day 3 town 2 + Days 1-3 town 2 >>
The beginning of the day is spent packing things up and preparing to set sail. By noon, they are ready to select their next destination. They decide to go further east, docking at the harbor for a fee of 5GP/day, in addition to a series of permits that Herbert appears to already have on him and in perfect order, though further permits take about four days and 50GP to obtain. Emyr takes care to make sure that Herbert cuts no corners in his endeavors, taking advantage of the mobility allowance to ensure that his "spidey senses" aren't going off. Vex searches for something to do, purchasing a Young Dragon Bound Book for a bartered 30GP. R&R for Lavug and student second/third day Lavug and his student start designing their own pieces Slab stations himself at the local bar until summoned, drinking with the locals and some of the sailors from the warship (he outdrinks them all) Duul cooks meals on "The Leviathan" and does research in his downtime on biology/anatomy/magic RUMORS: Local lord is suspected of treason for being associated with the king who was executed for treason. Additionally, the crown prince is either on the run or dead. Forces being amassed to make a second assault on Bram's Folly and the king's most trusted general has risen awfully quickly through the ranks after a visit to the Theocracy. <<H1 Day 4>>

Emyr bumps into the hooded woman he saw previously, frantically searching for something, apparently her companion. Vex, by sheer luck, happened to notice some figures running down the street a distance away and draws attention to such. Secret password oh no, stealth
