Heir to the Sky Kingdom Ceto (a.k.a. Effigy)

Effigy is young, like her reputation, and all the more bloodthirsty for it. Named Ceto by her father, renowned King of the Air Pirates Captain Vex, she chose her traditional virtue name at the precocious age of 13. Raised from birth to inherit her father's position, she is well trained in combat, strategy, merchant trading, and negotiation, though not necessarily in a way that helps her interact with the wider world. Havensport, Effigy's hometown, is an airborne airship city floating above a small string of islands off the east coast of The Standing. Rarely having cause to leave the settlement beyond accompanying more skilled groups on their raids and taking trips to the tourist trap cruise destination below, she grew up relatively isolated, which many people say (under their breath) shows in her spoilt nature and her confidence in her reputation.
