Elf, Corrupted

Once the mightiest race in all of Yagura, the elves ruled over the other races. Through dark pacts, ritual sacrifice and worship, the elves became the mightiest warriors in the land. It is said that even an elven child could beat an ogre in hand to hand combat.
Thick set and standing between 7 and 9 feet tall, these twisted elves look more like hybrids of vampires and oni rather than their race of origin. Thick jaws, long ears and protruding sharp teeth set them apart from the elves of other lands.
Since their extermination very few remain. Those that still inhabit the material plane, are rumoured to be working on freeing their kin from the Yaguran Hells, a task beyond most mortals.
