Phoebe
Phoebe is an irregularly shaped moon of Saturn, thought to be a captured object from the Oort Cloud. The first manned landing on Phoebe was made by the The Martian Congressional Republic in 2350, in order to be surveyed for Ice mining, much like the rings of Saturn. Mars has also hired Protogen's R&D department to help them analyze the ice cores they find, as well as to supply security against any OPA operatives looking for a quick score.
