Structure

Ixarra is very much a theocracy where people look to Ixarra herself as the supreme leader of their nation. The top of Ixarran government is all female as they see that as the "holier" sex, due to the fact that their god is female.
There are male preachers as well but they're less common.
Most travelling ixarran preachers are female clerics.

I did have an idea a little while ago that ixarrans are given glowstones and believe that the brightness and longevity of their glow have some religious meaning
