Lock, a brash Elder assuming the roles of various trickster gods, inadvertently triggers the cataclysmic downfall of the advanced human civilization of Atlantis. In the wake of this devastation, the surviving Atlantean mages unite their formidable magical prowess to craft a powerful Crystal Cube capable of ensnaring and containing the Elders. With the Cube's completion, they successfully capture Lock, sealing him away within its mystical confines. Recognizing the dire consequences of their interference, the remaining Elders, wary of their own immense power, impose a self-imposed exile, vowing to abstain from any further meddling in the affairs of humanity. Thus, the Elders recede into obscurity, their once-vaunted status reduced to legends and myths, as humanity continues to thrive, shielded from their presence and the truth of their existence.
