Watcher's Point

At the deepest point of the Penitent Bay sits Watcher's Point, named for the outcropping of sharp rock that juts out into the bay itself. While a small and dispersed village it does seem to be the focal point for the spread out villages in the area, with a bustling market and daily ferry trips to Hampsterdam.
This village was named in The Notebook of Kaireck Lousange .
