In his royal wisdom your colony has been chosen by the King to host the governership of the Northern Colonies on behalf of the royal family of Van Myr. This is an honor not lightly granted. In order for this to proceed smoothly a governor will be selected and dispatched to Hampsterdam by the end of the following year. This official will act with the full royal authority of the Crown.
Your great sacrifice and aid in establishing this colony will not be forgotten. Though the leadership council, guardians, and all other formal titles shall be dissolved the High Dukes have decided to put aside 10% of all revenue for the next 15 years and apply that to those with current leadership in the same percentage.
